• Fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
• Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases such as course cancellation or administrative error.
• Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment with proper justification.
• All approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days via the original mode of payment.
